Anju Singh
As Director – Business Operation, Anju Singh is responsible for the Eleprof Business Strategy and deployment, enabling the business to meet customers need.
Anju and her team drive business initiatives and operations, including organizational development, business partnering, talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and payroll, among others.
Her 15+ years of experience and solid track record in people, leadership, and organization development support Eleprof’ s continued business growth and expansion.
Prior to joining Eleprof Anju worked as Managing Partner – Directosys Talent Management, heading talent management for Industrial & Automotive Customers & managing a big team of professionals. Also worked for Army Public School as teaching faculty.
With a strong background in all HR & Academic disciplines, she drove talent strategies and initiatives across business verticals, with a strong focus on business growth and talent pipelines.
She loves arts & painting, received award and accolade from various institutions and West Bengal government.
Anju holds her Master in commerce, PG Diploma in International Business and B.Ed. (Rank holder) from Kolkata University.
AK Sinha
As Technical Business Advisor & Mentor, Mr. Sinha is responsible for various industrial needs and talent acquisition planning according to the segment that leverage our leadership position within the recruitment services.
In this role, he will be leading a team of experts in Engineering applications, marketing, and product management.
Prior to joining Eleprof, he was Vice President – Procurement & Supply Chain for APAC region at Mitsubishi Heavy Engineering. There, he led a team of 140+ members across Asia for Automotive & Industrial Equipment Businesses.
Prior to that, he was Asst. General Manager at Bosch, managing procurement projects, after market for automotive and power tool division. Before that, he held various other leadership roles at Toyota, including starting and leading Supply chain & Logistics division in India, and helping lead business, product and technology functions for Toyota. Before entering the automotive sector, Mr. Sinha served for five years as a Supply Chain Manager at Siemens India.
Mr. Sinha received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi University and Master’s in business management from the Management Development
Institute Gurgaon.
Dr. RK Patil
As Chief Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expert, Mr. Patil is responsible for all recruitment aspects of the end-to-end supply chain including strategic
sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, safety, planning and quality assurance at Eleprof.
He brings more than 35 years’ experience and a proven track record in operational excellence, supply chain transformation, Mechanical machined parts, Sheet metals, Fabrications and other manufacturing and organization development to support Eleprof continued growth and expansion.
Before joining Eleprof Team, Mr. Bhat served as Sourcing Head, Global Purchase and Supply Chain for Volkswagen group.
Prior to that, he served as Asst. General Manager for ABB (Global Technology Company). He has also held senior management positions in Operations at Singapore & India mainly into Engineering businesses.
Mr. Patil has done his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and Ph.D. in Business operation from Mumbai University.
